Our personal searches will obtain the most recent court information including felony and misdemeanor, even if downgraded to municipal courts and regardless of conviction.  Where available, our instant state searches also access the National Sexual Predator Database and National Terrorist Activities Registry.  We also offer to the Healthcare Industry the Medicare Exclusion List, a listing which searches the national repository identifying those individuals who may no longer be permitted to provide medicare benefits resulting from a government sanction.

In the Resident Screening area, our product uses an expert scoring system to help property mangers and owners evaluate prospective tenants' ability to meet rental obligaitions, while remaining non-discriminatory and fully FHA and FCRA compliant.
